Do you sell to anyone?
We only sell our products to qualified businesses that embellish and resell merchandise. We do not sell retail.

Do you offer any financing options?
Credit terms may be available to those customers in good standing subject to a credit check and meeting certain financial standards. We also accept credit cards.
Do you have a minimum?
There are no minimums, so you can order in any mix of style, color, size, or quantity.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer complimentary ground shipping by a carrier designated solely by Beimar within the 48 contiguous United States for online orders $400+. Free shipping does not apply to special discounts or promotions, program pricing, custom orders, or any orders not placed online. Handling fees may apply.
Where do you ship from and how do you ship?
All items are shipped FOB from our distribution center in Ontario, California (91761). United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground is our preferred carrier and shipping method.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! You can check order status online, and we will contact you when your order is ready. Pick up hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
How quickly can you ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of approval. Please note that customers must be in good standing.
Do you have distributors?
Yes. Selected Beimar products are available through AlphaBroder.
